Beautifully decorated and quiet accommodation with excellent setting close enough to centre of town, good restaurants, and wonderful Vielha for a quick stopover.

I recently had a very good stay at a hotel nestled in the heart of a charming town. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center. I particularly enjoyed the stunning views of the mountains from my room, it was truly a sight to behold. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were well-equipped with a kitchenette, allowing me the freedom to prepare my own meals. In addition, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast spread that satisfied my taste buds. this hotel provided great value for money, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I couldn't find any fault with my stay, everything was just perfect.

Fantastic hotel for families, the apartments catered for everything. The hotel was a very good standard and still comfortable with Children. Located well for all amenities.Swimming pool decent size.

Muy acogedor y limpio. Muy buen servicio. Situación magnífica, a 5 minutos andando del centro de Vielha y en una zona muy tranquila. Totalmente recomendable.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is far enough from the town that you can easily park, but close enough to walk in 7 mins to Vielha's restaurants, tapas bars, shops, and play parks, yet it is quiet and peaceful. Additionally, the rooms were exceptionally comfortable and clean, providing plenty of storage. After a long day of walking, the small pool was a nice bonus for a refreshing swim.

All in all, everything was great.

The rooms specially the bedrom was very dark not enough lighting in general Rooms are painted in very dark colours. Poor reception on t v and wifi

They sprayed perfume abundantly every day. It stank.

Location: the hotel was just off good restaurants and shops, tapas bars and the city center, restaurants, shops and big supermarket. I really enjoyed that the twin room included kitchenette.

Convenient Location and Spacious Rooms

We chose this city break hotel for its central location that was perfect for exploring the area. The surrounding restaurants were fantastic, providing the opportunity to enjoy local cuisine. Our room was roomy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The spa was a bonus and it was lovely to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

The staff was unhelpful and didn't seem to understand our needs. They seemed bored and impatient with all our questions.

We got all 5 of us comfortably in1 room.

No toaster or coffee maker in the room.

Good location (accross the river from city center), very friendly and helpful staff, spacious comfy room, good facilities (including a small swimming pool with jacuzzi and sauna), decent breakfast; parking in the nearby streets wasnt an issue during our stay yet could potentially become one during high season when I would recommend booking a parking space.

Illumination - during the day ok, soon after sunset the room becomes very dark and the lights are just not sufficient to keep it reasonably bright. If you want to read in the evening you have to slouch in an awkward position on the two spots where there is some sort of light. We visited during low season, yet I can imagine if the hotel is packed with families with children sound insulation can be a bit of problem (no carpets in the rooms, hence everytime someone moves a chair in the hotel you get to hear it).
